Upgrading your GOtv package

GOtv allows customers to upgrade packages in the comfort of their own homes via simple steps providing maximum and quality channel options. 

To upgrade your GOtv channels, follow these steps:

1. Open your phone’s messaging app.
2. Send the text to 22688.
3. Write Upgrade, followed by a space, then your IUC number.

Alternatively, upgrade or downgrade your GOtv package online by following these steps:

1. Visit the GOtv website.
2. Sign in using your IUC and phone number.
3. Choose “Build a Package”.
4. Select the package of your choice.
5. Click “Next”.
6. Pay for your new package.
